MANGO SHAKE

MANGO SHAKE


INGREDIENTS
  • Mango sliced-1 medium sized
  • Sugar-1 teaspoon
  • Milk 1 glass
METHOD
  • In a grinder, add mango pieces, sugar & little milk & grind well.
  • When the mixture turns into a paste, add the rest of the milk & grind well.
  • Take mango shake out in a glass.
  • Mango shake is ready to serve.
  • You can add a vanilla ice cream scoop on top of mango shake & enjoy mango shake with ice cream.

Peel the mangoes and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Place the pulp in the blender, and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency.
