AALU PANEER KHURCHAN
INGREDIENTS
- Paneer (cottage cheese) mashed-100 grams - 1/2 cup approx
- Potato -1 medium sized
- Green chilli chopped-1
- Tomato sliced-2 small sized
- Salt-1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Oil-1-2 tablespoons
METHOD
- Mash the paneer & cut the potato into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan & add the sliced tomatoes & green chillies to it.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder & mix well.
- As the tomatoes leave oil, add in the potatoes & fry them on a low flame till the potatoes become soft.
- Add the mashed panner to the potatoes & mix well.
- Fry them for a minute.
- Aalu paneer khurchan is ready to serve.
