AALU PANEER KHURCHAN




INGREDIENTS
  • Paneer (cottage cheese) mashed-100 grams - 1/2 cup approx
  • Potato -1 medium sized
  • Green chilli chopped-1
  • Tomato sliced-2 small sized
  • Salt-1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder-1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder-1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil-1-2 tablespoons
METHOD
  • Mash the paneer & cut the potato into small pieces.


  • Heat oil in a pan & add the sliced tomatoes & green chillies to it.

  • Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder & mix well.

  • As the tomatoes leave oil, add in the potatoes & fry them on a low flame till the potatoes become soft.

  • Add the mashed panner to the potatoes & mix well.





  • Fry them for a minute.
  • Aalu paneer khurchan is ready to serve.
