MALAI LADDU
INGREDIENTS
- Condensed milk-1/2 cup
- Paneer (cottage cheese)-250 grams - 1 cup
- Kewda essence-2-3 drops
- Yellow color-a pinch
METHOD
- Mash paneer.
- Add the condensed milk & cook on low flame.
- Cook till it is thick & sides leave.
- Add the kewda essence & color & remove from flame.
- Mix well & pour on a plate.
- Cool it down & make laddus.
- Use a little milk & apply milk on your hands to make laddus if required.
- Malai laddu is ready to serve.
