PASTA-RED SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- Pasta-1 cup
- 5 tomatoes-puree form
- Beans-100 gms-cut into pieces
- Capsicum-1-cut into pieces
- Cream-3-4 tablespoons
- Oregano-1 tablespoon
- Oil-2 tablespoons
- Tomato Ketchup-3-4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
METHOD
- Boil pasta for 10-15 minutes till soft.
- turn off the flame & drain out the excess water.
- Strain the pasta with cold water & keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the capsicum to the oil & saute for 1 minute & then add beans to it.
- Fry the vegetables till soft & then add tomato puree to it.
- Cook till the mixture leaves oil.
- Add salt & black pepper & mix properly.
- Next add oregano & after mixing it, add tomato ketchup.
- After cooking for a minute, add cream (on a low flame) & cook till it leaves oil at the end.
- Add the strained pasta & mix well.
- Cook for 2 minutes & turn off the flame.
- Pasta is ready to serve.
