SOOJI KHEER
INGREDIENTS
- Semolina (sooji)-3 tablespoons
- Milk-500 ml
- Sugar-1-2 tablespoons
- Raisins-a few
METHOD
- Roast sooji in a dry pan till it turns golden brown.Keep it aside.
- Boil milk & add sugar to it.
- Mix it well & add sooji to it.
- Add raisins & boil it well till it looks cooked.
- Turn off the flame & sooji kheer is ready to serve.
