SOOJI (SEMOLINA) KHEER

SOOJI KHEER


INGREDIENTS
  • Semolina (sooji)-3 tablespoons
  • Milk-500 ml
  • Sugar-1-2 tablespoons
  • Raisins-a few
METHOD
  • Roast sooji in a dry pan till it turns golden brown.Keep it aside.
  • Boil milk & add sugar to it.
  • Mix it well & add sooji to it.
  • Add raisins & boil it well till it looks cooked.
  • Turn off the flame & sooji kheer is ready to serve.
