MANGO SHAKE

MANGO SHAKE


INGREDIENTS
  • Mango sliced-1 medium sized
  • Sugar-1 teaspoon
  • Milk 1 glass
METHOD
  • In a grinder, add mango pieces, sugar & little milk & grind well.
  • When the mixture turns into a paste, add the rest of the milk & grind well.
  • Take mango shake out in a glass.
  • Mango shake is ready to serve.
  • You can add a vanilla ice cream scoop on top of mango shake & enjoy mango shake with ice cream.

INGREDIENTS
  • Mango sliced-1 medium sized
  • Sugar-1 teaspoon
  • Milk just enough to grind well
METHOD
  • Cut mango into small pieces.


  • Put the mango into a grinder & add sugar & little milk to it.
  • Milk should be enough to grind the mixture properly.
  • Grind it well & take out in a container.
  • Aamras is ready to serve.

FALSEY KA SHARBAT

FALSEY KA SHARBAT


INGREDIENTS
  • Faalsey-250 grams
  • Sugar-3-4 tablespoons
  • Water-4 cups
METHODS
  • Wash faalsey with water & grind them in a mixer with half a cup water.

  • This way the seeds will settle down & the pulp will remain on the top.
  • After grinding it well, add 3 cups water to it & grind for another 1.5 minutes.
  • Strain it & separate the liquid & the pulp.
  • Add sugar to the liquid & stir till it is dissolved.
  • Faalsey ka sharbat is ready to serve.

MASALA LEMONADE

MASALA LEMONADE


INGREDIENTS
  • Cold water-250 ml
  • Lemon juice-1/2 a lemon
  • Sugar-3 teaspoons
  • Roasted cumin powder (bhuna jeera)- a pinch
  • Kala namak-a pinch
METHOD
  • Take lemon juice in a glass & add a little water & sugar to it.
  • Stir till the sugar dissolves & add roasted cumin powder, kala namak & mix well.
  • Add the rest of the water & stir well.
  • Masala lemonade is ready to serve.

KACHI LASSI

KACHI LASSI


INGREDIENTS
  • Milk-100 ml
  • Cold Water-500 ml
  • Roohafza-2 tablespoon
METHOD
  • Mix milk & water.
  • Add roohafza to it.
  • Mix properly.
  • Kachi lassi is ready to serve.
  • Tastes best when chilld.
  • It is a very good drink for summers.
